Trees Please!
Every time you buy a print or e-book Dear Earth, I Love You Too!, or any title from the series Frankie and Peaches: Tales of Total Kindness, Favorite World Press will plant one tree in partnership with Tree-Nation. Healthy trees and forests are essential to purifying the air we breathe and the water we drink and sheltering the wildlife we love. In addition to providing many social and environmental benefits, tree planting helps to address some of our biggest global threats: pollution, climate change, species extinction, floods, deforestation, and desertification. That’s why FWP has made a lasting commitment to planting trees.

Thank you for helping us help Tree-Nation create a life-sustaining planet for all of Earth’s inhabitants.
Tree-Nation was founded in 2006 to create and fund global reforestation projects, focusing on tropical zones that host the majority of the planet’s biodiversity. To combat deforestation, reverse its impact on the climate and help local economies, the Tree-Nation reforestation platform is active in 39 projects in 25 countries on six different continents. Since the project’s launch, twenty million trees and counting have been planted through the Tree-Nation platform. Tree -Nation TAKING ROOT AT FAVORITE WORLD PRESS Tree-Nation logo Visit Tree-Nation
Branch with berries THE TREE-NATION MISSION IS TO INSPIRE AND ADVANCE THE CONSERVATION OF GLOBAL FORESTS, WHICH ARE ESSENTIAL TO LIFE, WITH PROJECTS LIKE THESE: Woodpecker Tanzania - Giraffe Elephant shower The USDA Forest Service sustains the health, diversity, and productivity of 193 mill. acres of America's forests and grasslands. The project supports the recovery from wildfires and spruce budworm infestation (with tree mortality up to 60-80% in some areas), re-establishes the seed source for future regeneration and improves resilience to future infestation. The primary goal of this project is preserving biodiversity in the Eastern Arc Mountains rainforest by reversing deforestation, alleviating extreme poverty through agroforestry, and providing environmental conservation education to local communities. Conserve Natural Forests' mission is to restore degraded tropical ecosystems through reforestation, wildlife conservation, and education, and improve the economic and environmental quality of life for local communities. Declared in 1973 under Project Tiger, Similipal is one of India’s oldest tiger reserves. It contains 2,750 sq km of forest and is prime habitat for tigers, prey species and elephants. The Atlantic Forest in southeastern Brazil is one of the most endangered and biodiverse biomes in the world. Through environmental education programs, public policies, native tree seedling production and ecological restoration, Copaíba is bringing back the green of the Atlantic forest. In response to the large-scale loss of mangroves and upland forests in Madagascar, Eden initiated the Madagascar Reforestation Project. The cooperation with Tree-Nation began in 2019 and since its inception, Eden has successfully planted over 10 million mangrove and dry deciduous trees in northwest Madagascar.
